The taste of Acai berry is good as it is a combination of red wine and bitter chocolate. If you want to change this just add some fresh juice of your own choice to your Acai product. You can also use banana or yogurt or any other ingredient with the Acai pulp and can enjoy a variety of good Acai recipies….

    Thank you for the question. I wish I knew.

    When I read your request, I thought you meant gogi berries which I buy dried at the Asian markets but I did a little on-line research and learned that acai berries are a different super food.

    I had some acai berry soft serve yogurt the other day. It had a tart red berry flavor. Nothing more distinct to me than that.
